Markdown, free-form. The scorer reads all of it: roles with dates and concrete
accomplishments, skills with rough years, education, and — most important — a
constraints & preferences section (salary floor, remote needs,
industries you refuse, what you want/don't want). Constraints there become
dealbreaker checks, not just keywords.
